I would like to inform you all that we are starting our pigeon collection/delivery service back up as from: Monday 23rd March 2009.
We understand that we let some of our customers down just after christmas as we had personnal issue's at home and we would like to take the time to apologise to these customers now. We will be providing the same service as we always have but we will be asking for 7 days collection time. It maybe that we can collect your birds the day after your order but this will not be the case for all customers. All birds collected will be delivered within 48 hours but as all our customers know 99% of the time we have them delivered within 24 hours of collection. We are also putting a time limit on our phone lines this will be 09:30am to 18:00pm. If a customer wishes to place a order after those hours they can do either by e-mail or we are setting up a text system so customers can text there order to us. We would text the customer back to verify there order has been recieved which we would ask for 24 hours to do this. We have also changed our price's so please have a look when we post our new thread. Our new thread will also contain our new phone numbers and also our new e-mail addresse's. Thank you all for taking the time to read this thread we know we have to work hard to gain our respect back and this we will do as we are here to help pigeon fanciers.
