Avatar is the a picture or Giff beside your name and can be one form your pics, it has to be only a certain size of file (100x100 pixels and 64mb) as space is limited or you can also use photo bucket etc to add one
Keep them reasonable, if any one finds them offensive then they should complain to admin and they will decide the outcome, racism and pornographic will not be tolerated
Friends and foes
This is where you can add your favourite members or block the ones that annoy you from your Private Messages, nay offensive or threatening mail should be reported if you feel necessary to do so and admin will do their best to help or intervene
Topics being watched
Simply add a topic you want to watch and they will be highlighted for you
Favourites
Simply add a member you want to watch as you may like what they say or has the same views as yourself, this can be useful if you like only to follow types of posts as well rather than hunting through the boards for posts etc
