Looks like the orange lights working with the sparrow hawk, havent seen it for over a week now.

Different story with the peregrine though, was into the birds for 2 hours tonight. Had a yb come in with claw marks on its breast, a hen with 3 or 4 flights missing and another yb never came in, really scunnered as it was a gift from some one.

Yes Perigrines have a different mode of attack, and dive at well over 200mph so the lights are ineffective, Chris seems to have the answer with the overcoats, still waiting to try them out.

Would these overcoats be the same as anti treading or anti mating devices?

The bleeding peregrine is so pesistent, every time the birds scattered they would take 10 or 15 minutes to get back to the loft but they wouldnt come down then a few minutes later it would all start agien.
